All goods sold at our store are designed and produced as soon as your order is confirmed. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations after your order has been confirmed.

■Returns and exchanges due to defective products We will accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met.
We will promptly remake the same product as you ordered.
1. We accept returns and exchanges for defective products and for errors in the manufacturing process.
2. We accept returns and exchanges for products that are damaged or broken during delivery.
3. If you receive a different product, we will accept returns or exchanges.
Response conditions In principle, we will only respond to inquiries made by email within the response period, regardless of whether the product has been used or not.
Acceptable period: If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping fee: The store will cover the cost.
We take great care in packing and shipping our products, but if there is a problem with the product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching a photo of the product.
