Is any photo okay?

Please refer to the information below when making your selection.

  • A photo taken in a well-lit area, where the subject blends in with the background and there is no overexposure.

  • If you would like a full-body illustration, please provide a photo in which no part of the subject's body is cut off or hidden.

  • We can also accept old photos, but we require them to be clearly in focus and not blurry.

Can I change the artist after placing an order?

We cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
Please check the details once again before placing your order and then proceed to checkout.

Is it possible to make minor changes to the name position or illustration?

Yes, you can make up to two revisions. Major changes are not possible as each artist draws in their own style, but if you have any special requests, please write them in the comments section when placing your order.
