Order flow

From order to delivery

  • STEP 1 Create/Bring in a portrait

    Upload a photo, select the style of illustration, add it to your cart, and proceed to STEP 2.

    We can also do it with your own portraits!

  • STEP 2: Select a product

    Select and customize the item you want to print the illustration on, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

  • STEP 3: Check the illustration

    We will send the first draft to your registered email address within one week. We will allow up to two revisions .

    Once the design is finalized, your custom-made product will be shipped to your specified address in approximately 3 to 5 weeks .

Artist

All of our portraits/illustrations are digital illustrations. Artists change irregularly. You can check the current artists on "Artist Now." There are three types of compositions to choose from: "face," "half body," and "full body."

Photo selection criteria

1. A photo taken in a well-lit location, where the subject blends into the background and there is no overexposure.
2. If you would like a full-body illustration, please provide a photo in which no part of the subject's body is cut off or hidden.
3. We can also accept old photos, but please make sure they are clear and in focus.

★Screenshots from videos are OK as long as they are of high quality!
★If you are unsure, please contact us via our official LINE or email before placing your order.

Regarding the name

If you wish, we can include your name on the portrait. You can choose the size of the name.
If you would like to specify where your name should be written, please write it specifically in the comments section. If you do not specify, the designer will decide where to write it.

Important Notices for Ordering

  • All products in our store are made to order, and orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

  • Our custom-made original products are created with love and dedication just for our customers. Regardless of whether they have been used or not, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "the product is different from what I imagined," "no longer needed," or "the text is incorrect. " Please be aware of this in advance and carefully check the order details before purchasing.

  • There may be some color differences and misalignment of design between the product image and the actual product due to monitor settings, etc.

  • To prevent design materials from being sent unsuccessfully, please register an email address other than that of your mobile carrier (such as Gmail).
