Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc. If a customer requests that the Shop suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") the use of their personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use previously announced or because it was obtained by false or other wrongful means, and if it is determined that the request is justified, the Shop will, after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves, suspend the use of the personal information without delay and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply if the Shop is not obligated to suspend the use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
