These one-of-a-kind portrait goods are perfect as gifts for your parents, as a surprise for an anniversary, or as a treat for yourself. They are items that you will want to treasure even after time has passed, as they give shape to your memories.

However, if it's your first time, you may be confused about things like, "How do I order?" or "Is this photo okay?"

Therefore, in this blog, we will explain the process of ordering portrait goods in an easy-to-understand manner in two parts .

This time, let's take a look at how to create a portrait from a photo by ordering a stacking mug.

Step 1: Order a portrait

First, open the order page for " Create a portrait from a photo ."

① Upload a photo・Upload the photo you want to turn into a portrait.
★Please choose a photo where the person is in focus and the face or body is not cut off.

② Choose a portrait artist・Select your preferred artist.
・This time we will proceed with Frank (+1,000 yen).
★You can check out the artist's collection of works on " Artist Now ".

③ Select the area you want to draw . Choose the area you want, such as face only or bust up.
・If there are more than two people, please select the number of people from "Additional Number of People".
・This time we will proceed with the "whole body".

④ Choose whether to include text: If you want to include a name or message, you can choose the size of the text.
・When adding text, you can choose from up to 30 characters and 7 fonts (+random).
★If you would like to specify the text color or position in detail, please write it in detail in the notes section.

・The stacking mug, we are selecting this time, can have text engraved on the inside of the drinking spout, so we will proceed with "No text". 

Regarding confirmation of the portrait : If you check "No confirmation required," the delivery time will be shorter, but you will not be able to make any changes.
★If you are a first-time user, we recommend that you check the portrait before proceeding.
The finished portrait will be sent to you by email within one week (up to two revisions allowed).

Once you have selected everything, add it to your cart and proceed to Step 2: Select your products .

Step 2: Select a product

Next, open the " Product List " or " STEP 2: Select a Product " page.

It is also possible to create multiple products from one portrait order.

① Select the product you want to print your portrait on . Customization details vary depending on the product.
・This time, we have " Portrait Stacking Mug" ".

② Decide on the customization details . Stacking mugs can have text (up to 20 characters) added to the inside of the drinking spout.
・Image printing can also be added for an additional 500 yen.
・This time, we will select image printing and insert the image we have prepared.

Regarding confirmation of the finished image : If you select "No confirmation required," the delivery time will be shorter.

★If you need a receipt, please write it in the notes section.

Once you've finished customizing, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout .
Enter the required information, and if you have a coupon, enter the code here and click "Apply." Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the delivery address.

★If ordering as a gift, please order gift wrapping at the same time.
